Simple path attenuation for slant path through full atmosphere according to ITU-R P.676-10, Eq (28).

Parameters:

atten_dryQuantity

Specific attenuation for dry air [dB / km]

atten_wetQuantity

Specific attenuation for wet air [dB / km]

h_dryQuantity

Equivalent height for dry air [km]

h_wetQuantity

Equivalent height for wet air [km]

elevQuantity

(Apparent) elevation of source as seen from observer [deg]

Returns:

total_attenQuantity

Total attenuation along path [dB]

Notes

You can use the helper functions equivalent_height_dry and equivalent_height_wet to infer the equivalent heights from the total (wet+dry) air pressure.
