Construct rotation matrix about y-axis.

Parameters:
angleQuantity

Rotation angle [deg]

Returns:
Ryarray

Rotation matrix [no units!]

Notes

Broadcasting is supported. Rotation matrices can be (matrix-multiplied) with dot, however, if you want to multiply stacks of matrices use the new matmul function.
